This website is operated by BSO Live Pty Ltd (ABN 41 697 862 427), trading as Big Live Screen (“we”, “us”). We promote live entertainment events in Australia, including Interstellar Live. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
We collect: (a) information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, mobile number and city when you join our list; and (b) information collected automatically when you use this site, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, and online identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies.
How we collect it
Automatic collection happens through cookies and tracking pixels provided by third parties: Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement and audiences). These tools may set cookies on your device and send the data described above to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.
This site also embeds media players from YouTube and Spotify. When you load or interact with those players, YouTube and Spotify may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
When you join our list, the details you enter in the form are sent to and stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use to manage our mailing list.
Why we collect it
We use this information to: operate and improve this website; measure the performance of our advertising; show you relevant ads on Google and Meta platforms (including remarketing to people who have visited this site); send you email and SMS updates you have asked for, such as waitlist and tour announcements; and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share the automatically collected data described above with Google and Meta as part of operating their tools, and we share the details you submit through our list form with HubSpot. These companies store data on servers that may be located overseas, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information. We may also share information where required by law.
We advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, serve our ads on websites and apps across the internet. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies and other online identifiers, including ones based on your past visits to this website, to decide which of our ads to show you. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies for personalised advertising through your Google Ad Settings, and out of vendor use generally at optout.aboutads.info.

Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you believe we have mishandled your information, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Retention
We keep mailing-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the relevant platform (Google Analytics data is retained for a limited period we configure; platform-side ad data is governed by Google’s and Meta’s own policies).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
